This situation continues to change rapidly. As an organization we are doing our best to adapt how we work, while protecting the safety of our people so that we can continue to serve our valued clients. In order to do this, we continue to carefully monitor COVID-19 developments and actively review our business practices. Many provinces and municipalities have taken steps to declare a state of emergency. Here’s how we’re doing our part to protect the communities in which we live and work.

To prioritize everyone’s safety, we must make temporary changes

With this focus, we’re temporarily reducing on-site staff in our offices and call centres. Employees will work remotely and do their best to provide the service you’ve come to expect. Helping clients remains a top focus; however, these changes will temporarily impact service.

We know some clients are facing financial challenges at this time. We encourage you to contact us at 1-800-810-2847 for your home and auto questions, or call 1-800-263-9120 for all other inquiries if you need to discuss the payment options available.

Changes in the way we’re working will temporarily impact the speed of our service. You may notice longer than average wait times when calling. There may also be limitations on the ability of our vendors and contractors, including health care workers, that slow down your claim.

We’re asking you for patience and to limit calls to time-sensitive matters, so we can prioritize clients who need our help most. We also encourage you to check this website for ongoing updates on our service and support.
