Helping Neighbours
Apple Day
This year marks the 10-year anniversary of our famous Apple Day, where more than 300 local social service and community agencies pick 800 bushels of Spy, McIntosh, Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples at our headquarters, located on a 150 acre apple orchard. Worth more than $15,000, the apples are used to feed hungry children or to sell wonderful apple pies to support local fundraising efforts.
