You don’t have to be an actuary or even know what one does to understand our CUMIS Direct Term One Life Insurance plan. Our plan is simply a life insurance program with monthly payments that change depending on your age. Choose a $50,000, $100,000, $150,000, or $200,000 policy and pay low, affordable monthly payments, depending on your age or whether you smoke. Your monthly rate stays the same until you enter the next five-year age band.

CUMIS Direct Term One Life Insurance Plan Overview
Eligibility
Credit union members from age 16 through 65 are eligible and no medical examination is necessary. Simply answer the questions on the two-page form. Your coverage is guaranteed renewable until your 75th birthday.
Changing Your Plan
You are in control of your life insurance plan. Until you turn 70, you can convert your coverage, regardless of your health, to another one of our exceptional life insurance policies.
Monthly Rates
Your monthly premium can be conveniently deducted from your personal chequing account.
